Well One Play Offer (Local to Tower Hamlets)

Well One, a wellbeing partnership

Health and wellbeing remains a key focus for many organisations in Tower Hamlets. To coordinate this focus at local level; like-minded organisations in Poplar, Bow, Limehouse and Mile End, both strategic and delivery partners, have come together to create the Well One Partnership. The Partnership works as a network to facilitate resident access to health and wellbeing related activity. It aims to have a joint-up approach in project delivery to residents focusing on increasing physical activity, access to good food, and community connectivity.  Well One endeavours to connect partners with each other, and encourages a collaborative approach that builds upon all of our experience within the partnership and shared resources. With an aim to improve exposure to partner activity, through campaigns and the dedicated Well One website, that operates as a directory and menu of local activity within the community. For more information please visit www.wellone.co.uk

To get things going Well One have arranged a series of FREE fun and interactive workshops, delivered locally at your community centre, and online, with some great digital and printed resources to compliment them.

Well One understands play and have produced the; Playful Parents for grown-ups, produced by resources and workshops hope to provide some inspiration for play ideas through encouragement, team work and a little friendly competition. They are open to all parents and children! Play packs are available for collection on request. The electronic versions of both resources are available online at Wellone.co.uk

The workshops invite parents and children along to interactive sessions led by a Play Expert. They are free and delivered at a local community space near you and online.
